The size of your God determines the size of your prayer request. The size of your prayer request detemines the size of your answer. PRAY FIRST, NOT LAST! Prayer should be as natural to a Christian as the very breath you breathe. Prayer Partners Are a Mighty Force of Warriors. Pray for Mission Fiesta Team and Associates: Gary, Dan, Hazel, Janet, Marina, David, Retta, Steve, and Ann Pray For Our Spiritual Needs: Oct. 1: Pray for God to cleanse us and prepare us for His work. (Luke 7:1) Oct. 2: Pray for us to live Holy unto the Lord. (Romans 12:1) Oct. 3: Pray for us to be united /one in Christ, one in fellowship, one in work always abounding in Him. (Galatians 2:28; Romans 15:13) Oct. 4: Pray that we be true Bible Scholars, always living by His Word, and giving a witness of lives in the Word. (II Timothy 2:15) Oct. 5: Pray that we be careful to keep our priorities in line with God's Word. (Luke 12:31; Deut. 11:26-28) Oct. 6: Pray that we have a compelling desire to wholly serve the Lord God. (1 Timothy 4:15) Oct. 7: Pray we have an enhanced sensitivity to the Voice of God. (Psalm 46:10, Psalm 86:8) Oct. 8: Pray for new dreams and visions and the understanding of how we are to use them in Mission Fiesta. (Prov.29:18; Hosea 12:10) Oct. 9: Pray we have renewed fervor for our Mission. (Romans 12:11) Oct. 10: Pray for us that we give ourselves to prayer. (Psalm 55:17; Psalm 109:4) Oct. 11: Pray that we deal with problems that arise in a godly manner. (Daniel 2; Col. 2:1-2) Oct. 12: Pray for our continual Spiritual growth. (Eph. 4:15-16; Hosea 14:5-6; Mark 4:31-32) Pray For Our Physical Needs: Oct. 13: Pray for our physical bodies that we be healthy. (III John: 2) Oct. 14: Pray for us to have good health habits. (I Cor. 3:16; I Cor. 6:19-20) Oct. 15: Pray for renewed strength for bodies. (Isa. 12:2; Psalm18:32; Psalm 27:1) Oct. 16: Pray for us to be mentally alert and wise. (Psalm19:7; Prov.1:5-6; 1 Kings 3:12) Oct. 17: Pray for us to healed of physical problems. (Malachi 4:2; Luke 9:11) Pray For Our Financial Needs: Oct. 18: Pray that our budget increases as our number of children, missionaries and Guatemala workers increase. (1 Cor. 3:6, Psalm 115:14) Oct. 19: Ask, if it is God's will, that churches, organizations, etc., will step forward to provide monthly support Mission Fiesta. This would allow us to have more time to plan for our yearly mission. (Psalm132:15; Luke 6:38) Oct. 20: Pray for our personal needs as we minister in Guatemala year after year. (Phil. 4:19) Oct. 21: Ask God to supply the needs of volunteers. Pray especially for those who have a heart to serve God with us in Guatemala, but who struggle with financial help. Pray for those who can't go to help send someone else. (Luke 6:38) Pray For All the Prayer Partners: Oct. 22-24: Pray for the needs of our Prayer Partners. Some are ill, some need a job, some are hurting, grieving, tired, weary, depressed; families are in turmoil, need financial help, and all who need a personal touch from God. (Luke12:22-32) Pray For Our Nation: Oct. 25-28: Pray God will purge the hearts of all Americans--our President, all government officials, military personnel, EMTs, men and women who work in the Police Force, those who are Fire Fighters, all who are in the workforce, as well as everyone else, both young and old. Pray for our sins to be washed in the Blood of the Lamb. Pray God will be allowed to direct our nation as it was formed on Him and with Him. In Jesus Name!
